I’m getting in on the Black Friday offerings! Now through Midnight on Cyber Monday, all digital files are 40% off!  Files are $45 each or $1125 for a full session of 25+.  (Normally $75 and $1825 respectively.)  You can get files from any session you’ve had with me.  (Any session shot before January 1, 2011 will incur a $25 fee to recover the files from my archives.)  This is a great opportunity to get the digital files for archival purposes.  Or you can use them to make unique Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanza gifts for family and friends!  In fact, over on my Facebook page I am posting one idea a day of neat things you can create with your images as well as a link to places to order from.  Just send me an email letting me know what you’d like and I’ll send you an invoice!

Things have been really busy here in the studio, but I’ve made time to create a little contest for my clients!  Over on my Facebook page, I have created an album with one image from each session I’ve photographed this year.  Over the next two weeks, fans will get to vote on their favorite image and the client with the most votes come November 28th will win a 16×20 canvas of the image of their choice from their session!  So get voting!  And send all your friends, too. You will vote by clicking ‘like’ on the images in this album.  All votes must also be fans of Liz Campbell Photography, so be sure you like the page as well.  Good luck!

Meet the Robinsons!  (I love that movie.)  When Jennifer first contacted me, I knew I was going to love photographing this family.  They were a joy to work with!  The boys are both so well-mannered and sweet.  Nathan clearly loves William and is an awesome big brother!  It warmed my heart to see them together.  William was full of curiosity and sweet looks and Nathan loved telling me about how much he likes cars and trucks and motorcycles.  Jennifer, you have a beautiful family!  You can come see me any time.

I am so excited to unveil the newest product to my studio! These DVD slideshows are put together using the images from your portrait session and the music is hand selected to fit the mood of your session. They are presented in a custom designed CD or DVD case that features your favorite images from the session. The best part? I’m so excited about them that everyone who completes a session before September 1 gets one for FREE! Seniors, families, children, it doesn’t matter what type of session. How awesome is that?!

Happy Independence Day!  I hope everyone had a great (and safe) holiday.  What a great country we live in.

I wanted to try my hand at a sunset silhouette, so I grabbed my son and we headed out this evening.  We trekked through high grass and sat around for 30 minutes waiting for the sun to drop near the horizon.  This is my first sunset.  What do you think?  I think like it.

Welcome to the new blog!  Exciting things are happening here at LCP!  The new website is up and running.  It might not be refreshed on all servers yet, so if you can’t get in, give it a day or so and check back.  There are still some things to work out and some galleries to fill, but I’m very excited by the new look!  With the launch of the new site, I now have an official blog where I can keep you all apprised of the goings-on here in the studio.  This is new and exciting for me.  Now I can blog each session and talk about how much fun we have on location!  Follow me to keep up with all that’s going on!
